Celine was professional, knowledgable and patient with us while we came up the learning curve, and was super helpful in helping us understand all of our options and items we may not have considered. She helped us explore three different neighborhoods and numerous options until we settled on our dream location. She quickly understood what we were looking for and was helpful in sorting through options that may appeal to us yet was understanding of any restrictions we had (e.g. budget and location). Celine is more than a real estate agent, she is a force of nature! Not only did she successfully sell our home while we were abroad and in the middle of moving our family to another country, she absolutely went above and beyond what any real estate agent would ever do to get our house prepared (including coordinating movers, furniture staging, painting, and repairs) in our absence, plus ensuring every detail from the very tiniest to the very largest were taken care of so that this massive endeavor could take place without a hitch. This was not an easy task - in fact, I would guess no other agent would be capable of undertaking such a project. Her kind heart and absolutely incredible (unmatchable) work ethic were what got our family through this successfully - selling our home for a great price, while we were out of the country, and in the midst of a global pandemic. Just wow.

How can I even begin to describe this experience? We had so much work to do to make this house sellable and on top of it we're doing work on a new home we had already bought, we were so busy and could not spend time or energy on selling our old home. Celine came in, and it felt like a good fairy had just come! She took care of every little detail she had amazing ideas on how to make our old house feel brand new and fresh again from paint, to new lights and even the most beautiful staging. After she was done, I felt sad we did not do all those changes before so we could enjoy them ourselves. She made sure we did everything we needed to do to make the house desirable, she was so good we did not even get to have an open house, the house sold right away! Our home sold incredibly fast and way over asking price. We are forever grateful to Celine for making this experience a breeze. We highly recommend her!

I was referred to Celine by my neighbor, whose house was also sold by Celine. My wife and I have been extremely happy working with her in selling our condo in Brookline, Mass. She was clear in our initial contract, provided comprehensive market research (a high quality color print book !). She hired a stagger on her expense who came and provided thorough staging inputs, and Celine took a few pages long notes from the suggestions. After that, she helped us with staging (e.g. arranging bedding, wall arts, bathroom decoration, etc.), brought many pieces that she owned. Each time, we had questions about the layout, she would take out her notes, tell us what the stagger wanted us to do. Since we already moved out our condo and lived across country on the West Coast, she provided countless helps to us that were above and beyond, e.g. worked with a carpenter fixing the curtains, floors, cleaning crews. When the cleaners did not want to come, she vacuumed herself during the weekend. She also hired a professional photographer who did an excellent job, and pictures were amazing. During the agreement period while we were away in the West Coast, she helped us making arrangement, clean out stuff from our condo. Everything was very smooth, this happened during the Xmas and New Year holiday season, she communicated regularly, always respond within minutes with absolute clarity. We were amazed by her masterful skills, high energy, great passion, and genuine nature. We frankly did not how she could do everything, but she did. She is just a fine person, with exceptional skills. During closing, she was so knowledgeable, always there to help. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs. I worked with several real estate agents over my lifetime, none of them were even close to what you get from her. She is truly amazing, it will be your fortune to have her on your side.

She also helped me evaluate several potential houses, and she gave me great guidance for making a successful bid at a very wild market time. To my surprise in one week Celine turned our apartment, that was in a bad shape, into a lovely looking place by coordinating many different professional services. Within a couple of days she brought us 5 offers, and we sold it smoothly and quickly.
