The Power of My Expensive Property Preparation Approach

Unleash the full potential of your home and capture buyer hearts with professional staging. Staging creates an emotional connection, transforming your listing photos and tours into an "unboxing experience" that wows potential buyers. It showcases the charm and functionality of your property, setting the stage for them to imagine their own lives within its walls. This emotional appeal ignites a bidding war mentality, as buyers envision others vying for this impressive space. Don't underestimate the power of presentation – staged homes sell faster and for more than un-staged properties. In fact, investing in staging, painting, and minor updates can yield a significant return. For example, a similar condo in Brookline sat on the market with dated furniture and décor, ultimately selling for $1,225,000. My clients took my advice, and after a complete transformation with staging, painting, refinished floors, and new lighting, their condo received multiple offers and sold for a staggering $100,000 above asking price at $1,500,000!

I provide a customized approach to property preparation, always taking the seller’s circumstances into consideration when drafting a plan. In this case, the sellers were a young family still occupying their home so we had to work with their furnishing and get creative by editing and bringing in a few new pieces to create a more transitional, inviting atmosphere.
